A California native, Natalie began her real estate career in the Grand Canyon State of Arizona where her husband was stationed at Marine Corp Air Station, Yuma. She worked with many first time home-buyers and learned a great deal about the various types of down assistance programs and the unique requirements associated VA loans. Her strong knowledge of these programs, professionalism and personable style helped to quickly grow her client base.
From the beginning, Natalie learned the importance of experience and knowledge, “one of the most important functions of my job when working with a client is educating them and making sure they understand the process before, during, and of course at the end. I want my clients to make informed decisions in what house to buy, home inspections, repairs, etc. I don’t want them to feel like they were misinformed or misguided during their buying/selling process.”
Upon completion of her husband’s service, she returned to the Sacramento area where she joined the team at The Hills Group Realty to continue her career in real estate. “My plan is to utilize the skill sets and knowledge I’ve developed to broaden the markets and communities that I serve.” She understands the home buying & selling process can be stressful and complicated, but her goal is to make it educational, profitable, and most importantly fun!
Outside of her busy career, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and participating in various outdoor activities.
